Between Us

Some conversations allow us to share what happened. Others help us discover what is true.

BETWEEN US is a four-week relational practice for women who want more honest conversation, deeper connection, and relationships grounded in mutual care.

Many women have learned to manage how they are perceived. We try to appear capable, stay agreeable, fit in, or quietly compare ourselves with others. Between Us creates space to set down that performance and practice showing up with greater honesty, presence, and trust.

At the center of the series is a practice called Heart Shares, inspired by peer co-counseling traditions.

Heart Shares begin with a foundational belief: each person is the expert in her own life. When we listen, our role is to offer presence, reflection, curiosity, and care. We help the speaker hear herself more clearly and remain connected to her own insight, choices, and inner authority.
