Explore nature meditation through the idea of sit spot, the practice of visiting or revisiting a favorite spot again and again to see what patterns occur or new observations are made. Take a few deep breaths together, find inner calm and ground yourself in nature, as you honor the vernal equinox, the first day of spring. In case of light rain, a hat or rain jacket is suggested.
