Family Mindful Nature Walk

A mindful event for the whole family. Cindy Olsen, Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide and Sheldrake Naturalist, has adapted her award winning mindful hiking program for this first-ever family event. A program for all ages. 

We’ll try some new ways to engage with the natural world. We’ll open our senses with some playful breath and stretching exercises and try to see how quietly a group can sneak into the forest. We’ll enjoy walking on the beautiful Sheldrake property while stopping along the way to play some fun games that will deepen our connection with the forest. We’ll gather for a family friendly forest tea ceremony deep in the forest.
