About the Event
Inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, forest bathing boosts your immune system and cardiovascular strength, reduces stress and improves cognitive functioning while deepening your relationship to nature. Contemplate the earth and the trees, and your connections to these elements, as certified forest therapists Gerti Schoen, Nancy Kopans and myself guide you on a reflective walk through Wave Hill’s gardens and trails. Rain date: Sunday, April 25. 10% discount for Wave Hill members.
Cost: $30 (includes admissions to enjoy grounds. 10% discount for Wave Hill members)
