Join us and embrace change with mindful movement, nature observation, journaling, and tea under the trees.
Led by Mindful Outdoor Guide and certified Forest Therapist, Cindy Olsen, this experience will be an opportunity to celebrate the natural world and set intentions for the coming season in honor of the autumnal equinox. Blankets and seat cushions will be provided.
Dress comfortably and wear sun protection. Ages 18+, no dogs please.
This event is at Rockwood Hall, DO NOT go to the main Preserve entrance. The parking lot is on Kendal Way off route 117, just after the intersection of Phelps and Regeneron. If the lot is full, you may park in the Phelps garage (free).
Gather at the kiosk at the top of the hill across the street from the parking lot.
