Have you always wanted to learn mindfulness but you didn’t know where to start? Well, there’s no time like the present to be present! Join the amazing teachers from Pause to be Present, the leading mindfulness studio in Westchester, NY, for this five-week online mindfulness series. We are kicking off week one with Cindy Olsen’s Introduction to Mindfulness session.
Each session in the series will include a brief introduction of the theme, a guided meditation, and time for Q & A. Each of these Pause teachers are experts in their fields of mindfulness and meditation and will help you find more calm and joy in each and every day!
