About the event
Saturday, September 12th is International Forest Bathing. Come learn about this practice that is reconnecting humans with nature in a way that is deeply healing. We'll come together as a community to unpack our stress, open our senses and drink in the beauty of the forest.
This program include gentle stretches, a slow and gentle walk, deep observation of nature and being witnessed by a caring community. We will follow guidelines for safety under COVID protocols with social distancing of 6 feet and the wearing of masks when gathered.
Fee: $10 with proceeds benefiting Sheldrake Environmental Center. Payable by cash or Venmo at event.
