Enjoy the beauty of nature, the power of group meditation, and the connection of community! Let the sounds of the Harbor guide us through this restorative practice. Learn how to integrate ancient practices into our modern lives to find calm and peace. Registration limited to the first 10 people. Social distancing and masks are required.
