About the Event
Join me on an award winning outdoor journey that weaves together elements of history, yoga, meditation, Ayurveda and primitive skills. We’ll open our senses with gentle stretches and breathing, experience a walking meditation, sit spot and gather under the tree tops for a forest tea ceremony just as the sun as beginning to set on the day.
Backpacks, blankets, seat cushions and tea will be provided. Please wear weather appropriate clothing and footwear.
