About the event
Bronxville Adult School is hosting this wonderful event. We will gather at Twin Lakes County Park to enjoy a community mindful nature walk. I will be sharing a program designed to help you relax and find a deeper connection with the natural world. The program will include a gentle stretch sequence, introduce history of the land and then lead a walking meditation through this natural gem we have set aside to enjoy. After enjoying some mindful invitations, we will gather with distance to enjoy healing tea and share with our community. Get outside and go within.
