Cindy Olsen, Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide and founder of Cindy by Nature, LLC, presents her award-wining outdoor experience at Rockefeller. The Mindful Outdoor Experience is an invitation to embrace the earth and awaken our senses outside while learning practical skills for feeling more connected with the earth. We will open our senses with gentle stretches and breathing, experience mindful forest walking and gather under the trees to share a forest tea.

Backpacks, blankets, seat cushions are available to use during the event or you can bring your own. Please wear appropriate clothing a footwear.
Meet in the park office courtyard. We leave promptly at scheduled times.
