Mindful Tending - Sheldrake

Summer is the season of action for nature. What better action than to give back to the natural world as stewards of the land. Come join me to tend the land of Sheldrake Environmental Center. We will be helping tend the land by litter left behind by visitors. I will weave some mindful practices into our time together and serve a healing iced tea to keep us cool. I will provide garbage bags and have some gloves to borrow.
