About the event
It's easy to get swept away by the busyness of Spring. Hit pause to witness the beauty of Spring and connect with yourself and others.
Set aside time to take care of your body and mind with a weekly mindful nature walk at Sheldrake. Each week, new mindfulness tools will be offered as we explore and incorporate the beauty and serenity of nature, embracing the weather as an inherent feature of our experience. We'll always conclude with a forest tea.
