About the event
New year, new beginning. Start 2024 with a fresh resolve to connect with nature and yourself in a new way. Together, we’ll resist the winter doldrums and find comfort in embracing the cooler air.
We’ll connect with the natural world around us and each other with unique guided practices. Gentle movement and guided meditation will be offered. Each session will end with a warming tea. For use during our sessions, you’ll receive a backpack with a seat cushion and blanket to make yourself comfortable under the forest canopy.
