About the event
Start your day with a grounding meditation! Cindy weaves in the wisdom of the natural world with mindfulness teachings to help you awaken to the beauty of connection. Settle into stillness and return to your authentic self. Our 30-minute weekday classes begin with an introduction to a theme or tool, followed by a 10 - 20 minute guided meditation, and some time for Q&A and community connection. Open to all levels of experience. Drop-in for $10 or become a member for unlimited access to live weekday classes and our on-demand library of class recordings and guided meditations.
