Join Cindy and Dee on this four day transformative experience that will create an opening for lasting change in your life.
This retreat will encourage you to ask yourself who you are at your essence and discover what might emerge if you let go of societal conditioning and what other people think. What results is a roadmap so that you may live your life authentically and in a deep relationship with the natural world, yourself and others.
The program is designed to take your body, mind and soul to places you may have never visited before. In part, this offering will facilitate your ability to down-regulate your nervous system and experience the deepest sense of presence and relaxation. In addition, we will explore more active practices that will lead you towards the release of difficult and troubling emotions. The combination of these two disciplines is what leads to an increase in nervous system resilience.
