Step into the turning of the season with a guided Forest Therapy experience honoring the Spring Equinox—a moment of true balance between day and night, rest and renewal. We will gather at the very moment of the equinox (10:46am). Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Cindy Olsen will lead you through gentle movement, nature-connected practices and a tea ceremony in the forest. Warm blankets and seat cushions are provided for comfort. Whether you are seasoned in contemplative practice or simply seeking a restorative moment in nature, this Spring Equinox celebration offers a gentle threshold into the season ahead.
