SEEN: A Relational Group for Women

This is a space for women who are willing to be seen while letting go of managing how they are perceived. This group is especially attuned to the pressure many women feel to fit in, keep up, or quietly compete, often at the expense of genuine connection. We will be listening, witnessing, and allowing insight and regulation to emerge through shared presence.

We will gather to explore what becomes possible when we release the pressure of performance and meet each other with vulnerability, presence, honesty, and care.
