I am deeply honored to finally have the chance to debut my program at Wainwright House after having to reschedule it from 2020! This property is filled with beautiful native plants and curated anchors for meditation and mindfulness.
Join our mindful community to welcome Spring! Revive your mind and body and refresh your intentions.
Enjoy gentle yoga stretches, walking meditation in the Wainwright labyrinth, sit spot in the meditation garden and handcrafted seasonal tea ceremony overlooking the Long Island Sound.
