About the event
The Circle is a six-week community series designed to cultivate deeper connection through mindful communication, self-awareness, and relational exploration. Each week, we gather in a safe and supportive space to explore themes like boundaries, conflict, identity, vulnerability, and what it takes to create true belonging.
Through guided mindfulness practices, group dialogue, and reflection, participants build trust and connection—returning each week to go a little deeper. This series is for anyone ready to show up more fully in their relationships, their community, and themselves.

September 9, 16, 30, October 14, 21, 28.
Please Note: No class on September 23rd (Rosh Hashanah) or October 7th
